The Hereford Trail

The Malvern Hills District Footpath Society walked the final 9 mile leg of the Herefordshire Trail on Saturday 14 March 2009. It should have been completed in September 2008, but because of heavy rain and flooding it had to be postponed. The leaders were Wendy and John Barr, and Zena and David Lloyd. This time it was completed without any problems, and the trail was declared a success.

The nine mile Stage 4 of the trail from Little Dewchurch to Bagwyllydiart was completed on Saturday 2nd June 2007. The leaders were Anne Colwell, Sally Hart and Sheila Hallows. En route the very fine churches at Little Birch and at Kilpeck were visited and tea was also taken in Kilpeck.
