Malvern Hills District Boundary Walking

The boundary of the old (1974) and new(1998) Malvern Hills District which stretches from Worcester to Tarrington and from Tewkesbury to beyond Tenbury Wells has been divided into 30 circular walks of between 9.5 and 11 miles each. The aim is to complete 10 walks per year, normally on the first Saturday of each month, between February 2009 and November 2011. It is also hoped that a shortened version, ie of 6 to 7 miles, of each walk may be scheduled for the same date. A detailed map and a full description is provided for each walk.

Boundary Walks

The first boundary walk was scheduled for 7th February 2009. Both the long and short version of the walk was completed successfully. Every month since then the walks have taken place and been a success.
